ESRI Leaflet - Uncaught TypeError

We have layer that is an map image layer and when there is not data in that layer we are receiving this error message.  The layer only gets populated when we have an outage happening otherwise, it's empty. Any ideas how to handle this error?

Hi, thank you for the question. Could you please provide an example layer/service URL that causes this issue? Additionally, could you please provide a code sample that uses that layer that demonstrates the issue?
