Hi!
I was wondering if it is possible to do the following thing: I have a DTM (with the elevation for each cell) and from this one, through some operations, I have obtained another raster (where only some cells, with certain properties, have a value of 1, while the others have a value of 0). Now I would like to create a raster where, for each cell, both the elevation and the value 0 or 1 are associated. Is it possible?
Then I would like to create a 3d model (after having created the TIN from the DTM, of course), where every cell is coloured according to the previous 0-1 values. Is it possible?

assuming you have all the extensions (Spatial Analyst, 3D analyst) and assuming you want the map and not necessarily composite data for statistical and/or other analysis purposes. you could try:
Should you need to perform any analyses, you can use ZonalStatistics (2 variants) in the Spatial Analyst extension to derive your preliminary data.
There are a bunch of thing that you can do, depending upon your background/exposure to ArcMap
For example the Combine tool can do a physical combination but be aware of the limitations posted in the link.

Thank you very much! I managed to do that with ArcScene!
