My organization is current on maintenance, we however do not have downloads beyond 10.6.1. Trying to update to 10.7 but no downloads for 10.7. Can anyone tell me why this so? I will surely appreciate some help.

Hi Omolara - The ArcGIS 10.7 downloads are now available for you on My Esri.
It is there for me. Which means you don't have permissions or, as it states in the help for the download page... you may have to contact esri
ArcGIS 10.7 is available on My Organizations > Downloads to organizations current on maintenance as of January 15, 2019. Instructions regarding product installation can be found in the Quick Start Guide included as part of your product download.
