What does it mean when a file status reads new and the authorisation status reads obsolete,or when it reads processed and the status still says obsolete.

Hi John,

Thanks for your question. When a license file has a status of new, it means it has been created but the authorizations within the file have not been activated yet. If the authorization status is set to obsolete, it means that internally the authorization code was removed. In these cases, please contact your customer service representative to get further details on the action.
