Authorize License for Desktop Advanced 10.4.1

I purchased  a renewed license for ArcGIS Personal Use (GIS Professional Advanced Online) Annual Subscription.

I am not able to authorize the new license through Arc GIS Administrator.

Does anyone have a step-by-step description of the authorization/activation process for me to follow?

nope it got stuck on submitting, tried again on Samsung Mobile Internet, it lied that I wasn't authorized, mobile Firefox worked and I finally got my ticket opened.

They helped me get everything sorted out on a phone call(and a Zoom call with screen-sharing on top of that) and it's good now, made a new ArcGIS Online Account and from there I could license ArcGIS Pro, I cannot use  the old account for ArcGIS Pro even though it was an organizational account because it's on My ESRI and the licensing for ArcGIS Pro is all managed from ArcGIS Online.
