Manage users and licences always be a problem to any organization.
ESRI in My ESRI shows all licences and expiration status, but it's not linked to an user or ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
In preview past organizations can manage the users by an ESU, they put the ESU in a Excel table and manage the users and licence expirations.
Nowadays We have user types and don't have any controls to manage it in efficient way. The IT group need to go in my esri and in ArcGIS Online, match the results and predict which user is attributed to that licence.
As example, the Company "X" buy 10 Creator user types. The Company goes to ArcGIS Online and give one licence of creator user type to one GIS Analyst. This user types will not appears in My ESRI attributed to this GIS Analyst because it's not linked to ArcGIS Online.The IT group will not have any idea the expiration of these user type and no have idea where is this user type attribution in My ESRI.
So we need an efficient way to manage users and expirations in my ESRI or in ArcGIS Online / Enterprise.
