Admin Permission not working

Hello, 

I am having trouble accessing myesri even though I ma the the admin for my organization. I can login and use arc online just fine (where it says I am the admin). This also means I am unable to start a help ticket. Any help would be lovely!

My Esri and ArcGIS Online are two different systems. This free web course includes some information on what the two systems share and how they differ: My Esri 101

An admin on ArcGIS Online is not automatically an admin on My Esri. Typically, the organization's Primary Maintenance Contact is the admin on My Esri. If you don't have My Esri access, you'll need to request it from a My Esri admin, as the instructions in your screenshot show.

I faced a lot of issues when our admin was switched as well. My Esri rep had to fix some things in Myesri. You should have something in your email to be able to get into Myesri. Start with contacting your Esri rep.

Once you can get into Myesri make sure you are listed as the organization contact and listed as an admin and caller under the Users tab.

Hello @KaylonHall, it might be that your My Esri account is configured under a different ArcGIS Online (public) username that is not your ArcGIS Online (organizational) admin username.

If your ArcGIS Online admin username is the one you also have linked to your My Esri when you go to ArcGIS Online > Click your profile's name and select 'My Esri' (the third option after 'My profile' and 'My settings') you will get inside your My Esri organization. If that's not the case, it probably means you have a different ArcGIS username connected to your My Esri.

If you don't know of any other ArcGIS usernames* you have set up and have no way to get into My Esri, you should reach Esri Support via phone or email so they can help you.

*And if you know of any other usernames that might be connected to your My Esri, try accessing My Esri from an incognito/private browser tab so your ArcGIS Online organization active session doesn't interfere with your new My Esri connection (since then you will have two ArcGIS Online account open sessions within the same browser session).
