Generate portal license for slightly older version

We have installed version 11.0 of Arcgis Enterprise. I would like to create portal licenses for this environment.
In my esri I can only choose version 11.2, but this JSON is not allowed:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @DSWiss_CDC 

If you need older versions of ArcGIS Enterprise licences, you will need to request this from your distributor. Saying that, ArcGIS Enterprise at 11.0 is retiring this year on August 1st so you may want to consider upgrading to a newer version of ArcGIS Enterprise
