Anyone else experiencing user accounts missing from My Esri?

My supervisor needs to approve some quotes from Esri but got a "Connect to Your Organization" message when signing in today. I went into My Esri and my account is the only one left associated with our organization. I checked the Permissions Log and there are no records of anything being changed recently and no logs of accounts being deleted since the last one I did delete in 2020.

I am glad I still have access since the other two admin accounts are gone.

I talked to Esri support and they think it is because the accounts were inactive for too long. I added back some of the accounts and so far they are still there.

Hello @Joshua-Young, I remember seeing the message in the second screenshot (reference post), but I'm not sure it might be related to your described situation. Curious to have confirmation, though.
