That's great to hear, @JasonBagwell1!

We'd love to hear how it goes. Is the group doing anything special for GIS Day?

There will be a couple of presentations from members sharing their work, officer elections, lunch, and door prizes.  As well as extra treats for GIS day, so I'm told.

I'm new to GIS and missed this day.  Hopefully I can do something next year.

Hi @DerekBernard!

I'm glad to see that you've been exploring different areas in the Esri Community. GIS Day is indeed a special event that takes place every year in November and we encourage you to celebrate it next year by either attending an event or planning one of your own.

We recently shared a post -  How to Plan a Successful GIS Day Event - Esri Community  prior to GIS Day '23. This post provides insights from our GIS Day Advocates who are experts at planning GIS Day events and are top contributors in the Esri Community. Both these members and myself are more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
