Proximity: point distance on a one-to-one basis?

I have two sets of points: starting and ending locations.  I want to find the distance between each starting point and its endpoint (i.e., no repeats: A to B, C to D, E to F, etc.).  Is there a function for this?

If your data are in a table then take a look at the XY to Line tool.
