Where is the point to line geoprocessing tool?

A  single point or a series of points?  If the former, no; you're stuck with the point.  If the latter see How To: Create connection lines between two or more points

Look under Data Management Tools and then in the Features set. You'll find it in there.

a search using

point to line  or points to line yields some pretty weird results in the ArcGIS Pro help, however,

"points to line"  throwing quotes around either yields the desired result

without quotes, it is almost line point/points is being treated as a verb rather than a noun

so much for artificial intelligence, sometimes the quotes help, if only we could remember
