OSM Toolbox - Load OSM File Fails

I am having the same issue as this past question from 2013: Load Open Street Map Data. However, when I correct file paths as suggested in the thread, the run fail persists.

I am using the Load OSM File tool from the OpenStreetMap Toolbox to load a country level .osm file into a geodatabase feature class. I turned off background geoprocessing. When I run the tool, I receive the following error message:

Executing: OSMGPFileLoader P:\Team\Projects\SriLanka_Transport\SriLanka_Transport.gdb\sri-lanka-latest.osm_01.osm CONSERVE_MEMORY # P:\Team\Projects\SriLanka_Transport\SriLanka_Transport.gdb\LKA_OSM_1 P:\Team\Projects\SriLanka_Transport\SriLanka_Transport.gdb\LKA_OSM_1\LKA_OSM_1_osm_pt P:\Team\Projects\SriLanka_Transport\SriLanka_Transport.gdb\LKA_OSM_1\LKA_OSM_1_osm_ln P:\Team\Projects\SriLanka_Transport\SriLanka_Transport.gdb\LKA_OSM_1\LKA_OSM_1_osm_ply

Does anyone have an idea of what I could be doing wrong? Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate of another question.
