Model Builder gives different result

Hi, guys.
My model gives me not the same geostatistical layer as I get just using the tool from ArcToolbox.
I have many point features in the .gdb, so I use iterator to get as many geostatistical layers?
My model is incorrect or it`s a strange behaviour (bug) of the Model Builder?

When a model is run from ModelBuilder intermediate data is NOT overwritten and IS retained. When the model is run from Toolbox intermediate data IS NOT retained. (I can't find a reference source for this, sorry.) You may want to assess what your model is creating when run from Modelbuilder.
