I'm working in ArcCatalog 9.3.1 (Build 3000) with model builder and I have Union in the model that gives me this error:

I've been able to union these two features in ArcMap so I know the features are good. I've tried moving my personal geodatabase to my local C: and shortening the feature names but I haven't had any luck getting the union to run in model builder. Any thoughts?
