I have one layer of data (district boundaries) that can go to make up larger 'County' boundaries. There's one field within the attributes that contains the common names of the 'County', which the 'District boundaries' are part of.
How do I merge the relevant smaller district boundaries to make larger County polygons?
All the merging tools involve merging with another layer... but I can't find anything that involves merging attribute 'field data' from within the single layer...?
