how to use create space time cube tool

Hi, I am using the "Space Time Cube" tool, and get the below error message. I wonder would anyone know and place help with this problem.

stick with STC if you are wanting to go the emerging hotspot route.  It looks like you are working with nominal/categorical attributedata so you will be fine.

So should I use the " Select Layer By Attribute tool" to create a proper Date ? I do not see any link you mentioned you sent though.

Maybe some of the other thread observers could make some suggestions as to a better place or more resources for Yi-Jyun... other the quick demos with perfect data there is little else for users to go by.
