is it a 3D shapefile (polylinez) or a 2D one with Z-values in a field

use the "ADD CAD fields" tool before the "Export to CAD".

Hi Torika Waqa

If you are sure with Z-Value in your shape file , then just to set an Environment setting before export to CAD , go to Environments Settings - Z Values - Output has Z values - click Enabled.

press OK -OK ,

You will definitely get the elevation in CAD.

Use the Add CAD fields then populate the appropriate field before exporting to CAD
