Hi Mai,

You can use this tool to create missing geometries for attributes if you know where their location should be: Replacing a feature's geometry with an entirely new shape—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

Adding Excel Lat Long Coordinates into ArcGIS

1. If you have latitude and longitude coordinates, you will have to

prepare these columns in decimal degrees. ...

2. In ArcGIS, right-click the “Layers” data frame in the table of

contents. ...

3. Now, add your excel data to ArcMap (file > add data). ...

4. Right click the table and select display XY data.

Um potentially! I haven't tried it but if there's probably a way to do it using a Join if there's a common attribute.

You can use this tool to find out what features have a Null geometry: Check Geometry—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

Or you could use Selecting features interactively—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop to select all the spatial features in your map and then in the Attribute Table use the Switching the selected set in a table—Help | ArcGIS Desktop which will switch the selection to all the features that have no geometry.
