I am working a project looking at housing prices at census tracts (blocks groups later perhaps- but that's irrelevant for now). I am trying to find the maximum and minimum of the housing prices within each tract. When I do a spatial join, I know I can select an option to do a SUM, AVERAGE, MAX, etc. When I perform this, it will only perform the function on the reception number (which does not make any sense). Any idea on how I can go about doing this? Thanks!

Summarize Within—Help | ArcGIS Desktop
I think ArcMap has it too, this link is for pro... and you can only get numeric summaries for numeric fields, so check your field type

Thanks Martin! I downloaded the Calculate Point Statistics Tool listed in the forum and it did exactly what I needed it to!
