Hello All
I have a question about having 4 bounding boxes when Chicago has been set as central point. That is, I need four bounding boxes to divided world into 4 regions and the central point is located in Chicago, United State.
I know how to acquire bounding boxes for country level but this is not what I need. Now, could anyone who helps me or gives me some suggestions about how should I start it?
