I am having trouble running a large dataset (~45,000 vector points) in the GME to create a population sized KDE. I know it uses R and I have found that R can only handle so much data depending on the amount of RAM and BIT your computer is. There are packages in R that will allow for large datasets (ff for example) but I am not sure if will help the GME if I load those packages in R. Has anyone come across this problem and how did you get around it? Thank you in advance for your help.
