Hello,
I am running ArcGis from my Mac laptop with bootcamp (circa 4 months, new computer) it has work fine so far but today, I was running a viewshed tool and it stalled for over two hours. Currently, non of the tools are working in ArcMap or ArcCatalog.
I was not able to cancel the tool, it was not letting me so I close ArcMap after 2 hours. I open a new map and downloaded the layers again and the same thing happen in arccatalog.
This is the second time this happens when I am running a tool.... Last time I managed to fix it after a couple of days (don't remember what i did).
Does anyone has any suggestion of how to solve this problem?
