Crashes during geospatial analysis: validation: IDW and Krigling.

During geospatial analysis: validation: IDW and Krigling. After I click finish, the map window says "unresponsive" and the new layer loads for a second on the TOC, then it crashes. I have tried making more space on my hard drive, redoing the entire analysis from scratch. Any help is appreciated!

You will have to provide substantially more information if anyone is going to be able to address your issue.  You could begin with a description of the software and its version and the nature and properties of your data.
