Changing layers cell size

Hello,

I have a layer of Behrmann Equal Area Cylindrical in cells of ~ 1 degree.
How can I create a Behrmann Equal Area Cylindrical with 2 degrees cell size?

Are you looking to resize the cells of a raster?  You can use the Resample tool or export the raster and define the output cell size.

Thanks for your answer.
The Behrmann layer is not a raster. Its a 1 degree*1 degree equal area shape file. I want to create a layer like this, but with grid cells of 2*2.
