We are using SQL 2012 r2. All servers are running Win 2012 server.  We are a 10.2 SDE.

I am wanting to replicate several feature datasets of an SDE geodatabase to a file geodatabase.  I'm setting up several replicas, based on the various feature datasets and moving the data to a single file geodatabase.  I'm also selecting only the feature classes from each feature dataset I want, sometimes selecting the entire feature dataset, but not always.  We are choosing Simple because we are not using topologies, geometric networks, etc.  We are selecting Get_Related to bring related tables/classes with the move.

My problem is that sometimes the replica doesn't move all of the feature classes I selected.  Sometimes it does, but sometimes it doesn't.  There is no error in results and the properties don't show the missing feature classes as part of the replica.

Has anyone else run into this issue?  If yes, what is the solution/work around?
