I have several Americorps Service people who have worked with me periodically over the last year on a number of projects that involved GIS. I would love to set them up to obtain a low-level certification and think they have put enough time in to prove some skill advancement. 

In looking at the offerings – looks like this exam may be most obtainable for them. I have done some poking around the exam information, but am still uncertain on a couple of points:

1. How many of the 75 multiple choice questions would they need to get right for a passing score? (they have a lot of experience at this point in AGOL, but could struggle with Pro a bit)
2. Can they take the exam at any time? 
3. If I'm purchasing through my account as the authorized purchaser for our organization, will I receive three exam codes that can be used by any user?

I have provided some responses/resources below. Please let me know if you need anything else.

1. As per our program agreement (Article 5 – Exam Results) to maintain exam security, we are not able to provide the score that is required to obtain a pass rating or provide candidates with their exact score.

2. Exams can be scheduled through our vendor, Pearson VUE, either online or at a testing location. This Esri Community blog is a great resource that walks through the purchase and registration process: Esri Exam Voucher Purchase and Pearson VUE Registration. 

3. When you purchase a voucher, it can then be given to someone to schedule their exam. Most vouchers are good for one use, unless you are part of our Esri Partner Network program. Here is another blog that details our vouchers: Esri Technical Certification Voucher Types.
