Hello Guys!
I have a GIS Professional user type account on ArcGIS Online, and I have read that I would need a separate ArcGIS developer subscription to use API keys to access secure or private content like feature layers on a third-party web app. Can I just upgrade my ArcGIS Online license or I'd have to purchase at least the Builder ArcGIS developer license?
