One of our customers prints physical maps for their customers. The map size is defined in cm, ranging from 30 cm to 180 cm. They use 300 DPI quality for the print. That means that eg. the map of 180 cm has ~21200 px at a scale that gives a good detail at this size.
They have a web presentation where they want to show a preview of this printout. Using the ArcGIS JS API, rendering a MapView with 21200 px and shrinking it to the device screen size is a no go.
Can you recommend a solution? The preview is to be shown whole on the device screen at the given scale with all the scale's detail, but shrank considerably to fit in the screen.
