Problem while exporting Schema using ArcCatalog

Hi,

I am having trouble while exporting the database as XML Workspace document. While exporting "Schema Only" I am getting error as "Underlying DBMS Error.".

I am not sure which feature class in triggering this issue, or it is related to something else. I have tried exporting schema by selecting only 3-4 Feature class but failed.

Please help me with this as i am trying to create Schema Diagram with the help of ArcGIS Diagrammer.

Attached are the screenshot of the steps as well as error. "Step3.jpg" is what i got after clicking on Summary.

Please let me know if i can provide anymore details on the same.

There should be some problem with the field columns. It may have some non ascii characters.

Try the same with less feature classes and try.
