Feature Service symbology not propagating to sublayer

Greetings,

I tried to change the previous symbology applied to a sublayer I had in a ArcGIS Feature Service, this time using an Arcade expression.

It all seems working great when I had the entire ArcGIS Feature Service to a map,

But when I try to see only the sublayer, the symbology is still the previous...

Is there a way I can change the sublayer's symbology, or do I essentially new to publish a new ArcGIS Feature Service?
