When logging in to the ArcGIS Developer account, where can you find the extensions such as Image Analyst?

Yes, the license option should be set to 'Named User License'

The extension should be enabled by default if being used through ArcGIS Pro:

https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/core-concepts/licensing-and-deployment/

When say logging into the Developer Account are you referring to MyEsri or ArcGIS Online? Are you just looking to get started using the tool or just to view the licenses assigned to you?

We have a developer professional license and would like to test image analyst with ArcGIS Pro but have no idea how to access it, it is not in our authorizations or downloads.

The extension should be enabled for you automatically. Can you log into ArcGIS Pro and try the two following steps?

  1. Do you see Image Analyst in the Licensing page? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/get-started/use-extensions-in-arcgis-pro.htm
  2. If so, can you access one of these tools in ArcGIS Pro? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/analysis/image-analyst/complete-list-of-arcgis-image-analyst-...

We access Pro via license manager. If we sign in to Pro via arcgis online using our developer AGOL account is that when the extension will show up in Pro?

Correct, you will need to login in with the ArcGIS Online login you used with the Developer Subscription.

We had not luck with that. I had her, in Pro, log into https://arcgis.com using her professional developer account and try and check out image analyst and it was till grayed out. Do we need to connect accounts or something?

Thank you for trying this Amy, do you mind if we get a Tech Support case created for you so we can get this resolved?

I had one more thought. We are connected to a license manager as well. do we need to deactivate that?
