topology edit problem

I'm trying to use topology edit to move a vertex and line to new x,y coordinates.

I Start Editing, Select Topology, and use the Topology Edit Tool to select the vertex.

But then when I right-click I see: Build Topology Cache, Shared Features...

I don't have the option of Move To.

Any idea what I am missing?

Yes, you're missing the 'Move To' command...
It was moved off the topology context menu a while ago. You can add it back with the steps mentioned in this post. We will probably bring it back in the future.
