Hi Lisa, Yes, it appears to be working now. My students must have caught it just at the wrong time. Thanks!

Hi, It appears that some layers in the Living Atlas, such as the USA Diversity Index and USA Median Household Income no longer show the filter button, show table button, change symbol button, etc. When hovering/clicking on the layer, only the legend shows. Is this an error, or a permanent change to the layers? Image attached. Thanks.

Same here. We have an education license and need to add and remove hundreds of students each semester. An option to have their accounts expire at a set date would help a lot.

Hi. Sorry about cross listing. I think my question may fit better here. I have EVA codes for all of my students via our campus site license. I believe this will give each student the 365 day education edition/student trial license. Most of them only need access to ArcGIS Online; they do not need to download any desktop software. However I cannot figure out how they authorize and active the EVA code to use ArcGIS Online. When I go through this link (http://www.esri.com/landing-pages/software/arcgis/arcgis-desktop-student-trial ) it leads only to options to download desktop. I cannot find any way to activate ArcGIS Online. I assume that the EVA code can be used for Online, including credits. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks. (PS-- I have been manually entering students into our organization account, but I'm trying to find a better way. I assume that if they have their own account with credits then they can just access and analyze publicly shared maps that I produce.)

Thanks Dan. Our site license is through a statewide organization, not our individual campus, so students can't request to join our organization that way. In the past I have just added students to our organization manually, but I was hoping with an EVA code that includes some credits they could just create their own accounts and access publicly shared maps that I create. If you have any other ideas please let me know! Thanks.

Issue resolved. Students can download and install Pro with their EVA code.

Thanks Dan. I have been playing around with that solution. To see what a student would go through I created a new email account, added it to my organization, then logged in to my.esri.com, as a student would do. There is a "Request Permissions" option that asks for the name of the organization to connect to. I entered it but no message ever came to me as the organization administrator. The ArcGIS Online organization for our campus is Long Beach City College, but the license in through the California Community College Foundation organization. I'm wondering if students cannot connect to LBCC but rather have to do it through the Foundation organization. If that is the case it may be too difficult.

I'm using Pro for the first time in an online class this semester. Students will obviously need to download and install Pro on their computers, but I can't figure out the best way for them to do so. I know how to add students to our organization account in ArcGIS Online and authorize them to access Pro, but I don't know how to give them access to the download file. Is the best solution for them to create a Trial account to download the software?
