Red and Blue Lines

Hello, I can draw red outlines around a land parcel, but I do not know how to draw another parcel in a blue line next to the red one.

When I change the colour to blue both parcels of land become blue.

Can I have a red line next to a blue line?

If you are drawing polygons, then the symbology may be defaulting to one value since there is no classification scheme (ie unique values) to make the symbology change once you have completed the geometry
