ODBC error

Dear Members,

I am trying to load a .dbf file (created with ArcGIS) into Stata using the "odbc load" command. However, Stata keeps reporting the following message:

"The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application"

I created my DSNs twice for both 64 and 32 bit applications but Stata cannot read the ArcGIS .dbf file in any case.
Is anyone able to help?

Hi Sara,

I assume you are using 64 bit Stata. If all you want is to load the data, I would use csv instead of dbf when loading data in 64 bit Stata.
