Thank you so much. Changing the version of my .dwg did work.
...just looping this thread back around for reference:

I am having a similar issue. I have a bunch of polylines in civil saved as a .dwg (2013 version) which has been correctly imported into ArcPro. In AutoCAD Civil 3D they are created into 3D blocks (a network of pipes and valves). When I import the new .dwg into ArcPro, nothing is displayed and the features contain no attributes. It seems like there is some issue wen the polylines were converted to 3D models. Any Ideas?
Thanks!
Zachary, are you still seeing geometry and is it in the right place?
Adrian, Thanks for your response. The geometries that are showing up are in the correct location. It was mentioned in another thread that ArcPro does not support all 3D entities of AutoCAD. I am guessing this is my issue.
Hi Adrian, Just wanted to update you on this. Using the FME Safe DWG to shapefile conversion tool, I successfully converted the 3D .dwg to a shapefile with all the correct shapes and attributes, accurately georeferenced.
FME FTW!
(for the win)
Hi Zachary,
Could you specify what you mean with the 'DWG to Shapefile tool'?
Peter
Hi Peter,
Sorry for the late response. What I meant by the DWG to Shapefile tool is using the FME Safe software you are able to specify your input data set and the desired output data set. So for this conversion my input data set was Civil 3D (DWG) with tje output data set to shapefile. I hope that clarifies things for you.
