I want to create a local runtime geodatabase. I made an excel file with "name" "type" "latitude" "longitude" and commenced with creating a locator with the geocoding tools in ArcGIS Desktop. Each time it fails.

My issue is that the world geocoding service does not have the address I need to query. So this local runtime geodatabase was one solution I knew about. How can I create it or else what other solution to this problem is present. I am using ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android for the development.

Are the addresses are for India or US?

I faced a similar issue where I was also using Single Field and it didn't work out as I was expecting it to. I had to change the Address Locator style to Gazetteer and it worked out for us.

I hope this helps!
