How do I know if 'move edits to base' was setup

I have inherited an Oracle SDE geodatabase, and need to find details about how it is setup.  How can I find out whether the feature datasets are versioned with the option to  'move edits to base' or not?  I haven't found that information in the repository.

From ArcCatalog, you can look at the properties of the featureclass/table on the General tab. The Versioning section at the bottom will display the versioning method e.g. 'This feature class is registered as versioned and moving edits to base'
