Error Calculate statistics on raster - Please help :)

Hi. I have run the Calculate Statistics tool under Data Management .....Raster. After it completes running I click on properties then classified and keep getting an error "This dataset does not have valid histogram required for classification method, run Calculate Statistics tool to generate histogram" 

Is there another calculate statistics tool I need to run?

Also, I have a slope file that I would like to reclassify from percentage to slope angle. Any suggestions on script for that?

Hi Justine,

Try copying the raster to another format using the Copy Raster tool. This should automatically create Statistics for the new raster dataset.
