Action bar hidden behind map with Calcite 1.0.0-beta.91

With the Calcite 1.0.0-beta.91 release, the action bar is hidden behind the map and the action buttons are "disabled".  Even in the sample (https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/tutorials/create-a-mapping-app/) this behaviour persists.  This was not the case with the 1.0.0-beta.86 release.  How do I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out, @FC_Basson!

We have a fix in for the issue, and plan to have a release out today, or tomorrow at the latest. Apologies for the experienced behavior, the bug was a result of updating z-indexes across our components, and will be more stable with the fix in place.

In the meantime, while not ideal, as you mentioned, you could revert to beta.86 until beta.93 is available. Otherwise will re-post to this thread once the release is available.

We released beta.93 earlier today, and it is available via CDN and NPM.
