GPS connection is not working!!

Hello,

I am currently running Arc Pad 10 software on Trimble GeoXH (GeoExplorer 6000 Series).
However, I am having a difficult time to connect GPS to Arc Pad 10. When I click the "Find" button under GPS Preferences, a message box pops up indicating as "No GPS device detected."

I would like to find out if I need to purchase any other licenses in order to connect my GPS to ArcPad 10.
If so, what kinds of licenses should I purchase?

ArcGIS doesn't support USB connections. Might that be the problem?

You must have the NMEA Output utility activated in order to send the NMEA string to ArcPad.
