Can´t Copy Features after Add Join in ModelBuilder

Hi guys, 

can you please look at my model?

I try to join SHP with XLS sheet, but then model failed and can´t copy features.

I really don´t understand why because when I join them and the export data manually , it works.

How do the parameters in Copy Features tool looks like? What happens if you use Feature Class to Feature Class instead?

I tried create .dbf instead of XLS and it works 🙂
