Add Attachments Tool can't open photos

I'm trying to add several photos to a .gdb table, that I then display as xy points.  The goal is to use the HTML Popup selector to click a point on the map, and have it show the points information from the attribute table, as well as click through the photos that are attached.

The add attachments tool is not 'able to open' some photos, causing a warning, but still completing the task.  However, even the photos not listed in the warning do not appear when clicking an individual point.

The photo's are all .jpg, and are in a folder that's connected within ArcMap.

Please let me know if you know what I'm doing wrong!  Thanks!

I'm using ArcMap

Nathan,

Have you tried moving the images folder to another location?

Hi Shan,

Yes. I've tried several different folders, both on the C: drive and on an

external drive, as well as converting the images from .jpeg to .tiff.

It appears your execution of "enable attachments" got a warning as well. Thus your gdb is not enabled for attachments which is why you're getting the results you are. Can you expand the error message on enable attachments and share with us.
