Hi James, is there any update to this? We want to use Survye123 but its required to be ADA compliant for the web forms, not the mobile application.

the cert in question is for my GIS Server, which I have added to be added at startup to all new PRO projects. issued by godaddy and its telling me the CA root certificate is not trusted. I installed it on my machine afterwards but the error still persists.

it was the most recent version. the user ended up resetting his phone to factory defaults and the error went away. weird though never seen that type of error before.

One of my users is getting the error seen below. It is only occurring on one device for one user, the rest of my field staff can log in fine. we uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue persists. I want to note the user with the issue can log in fine on other devices (the same device make/model). We are using active directory federation services for enterprise login auth. this is extremely limiting and only offers a poor workaround, Esri doesn't host gifs so I would need a 2nd hosting solution. Yes, there are free ones out there but I will no have control if the links get changed or not over time breaking the map symbols. My idea suggestion is to fully implement animations as part of the web mapping solution. If using GIF's is the only supported way then ESRI should integrate GIF file types as allowable files to upload.
