Screen is blank when I create a project

When I login to Workforce and create a project I don't get an error but I don't see the project on the screen.  The screen says I have no projects and to create my first project.

If I try to create the project again it says it already exists.  So I login to Arcgis Online and there is a folder in My Content with the project name.

Is there something I am missing?

Hi Meenu,

I have seen this before (unable to open a project). In my experience is usually due to a mixed content issue. The project may be requesting information using "http" but since you are loading the Workforce web-app over "https" the browser blocks those requests. You could try opening Workforce using http (e.g. http://your-portal/gisportal/apps/workforce) and see if that works?

Thanks

Meenu,

Thanks for sending this information.  It appears that you can create the Workforce Project, but when you try to open the project, it never completes.  Is that correct?

Have you added any other layers to the Dispatcher web map?

What browser are you using and have you tried with other browsers?

thanks,
