Historic Workforce data Not Syncing

I got a worker on a workforce whose app doesn't sync after completing assignments, she is also unable to load in new visits. When she tries to reload the map there's a pop-up (see attached image) that states existing data will be lost. All of this is causing us to lose data on her completed deliveries. Are there any workarounds to this problem?

Just tried manually syncing the map and a sync error pop-up - "Software caused connection abort".

Hello @BrianTruong 

I think that it may be a problem directly from the phone itself, or perhaps the problem lies in the user's permissions, I tell you because I have had similarities, but I have solved them by verifying the user permissions and seeing the available memory of the cell phone .
