We have a user in Workforce who has not been employed by our company for over 2 months. Workforce continually reports this user as active, so they cannot be removed from the Users list. When I look at the hosted "workers" table for the associated Workforce project, this table shows them with a status of Not Working. Is there a way to force a disconnect in Workforce for the user?
Jason, does this Worker still have active Workforce assignments? Active means, the assignments are still assigned to the Worker and may even be in a Completed state.
Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Craig
The user does have assignments, but they are all in completed state/status. Is the user forced to remain in the user list going forward?
When accessing the Workers tab:
When filtering the assignments tab (it doesn't show, but these are all "Completed" status):
When accessing the project configuration -> users area:
Hi Jason,
You'll need to take one of two actions:
- Delete or copy out the Completed Workforce assignments so the user no has any associated with them
- Change the WorkerID of those assignments to another user
We cover this in the doc here: Tips for project owners—Workforce for ArcGIS | Documentation
If neither of these options work for you, please let me know.
