Unable to open project

Today our users began receiving the 'Unable to Open Project (your request has timed out)' prompt and prevented them from accessing Workforce.  In some cases the user could successfully access project the by deleting the app, re-installing the app and authenticating.  In other cases this did not work.  

Users are on iPad Pro and iPad Air in App Version 17.0.1 build 2007.

What is the cause of this error?

Hi Jake,

There could be several reasons for the error, but without network traffic, it's difficult to tell.  I'd suggest contacting Technical Support so they can help troubleshoot the issue for you. We're unable to help with this over the forums at this time.

To my knowledge, we haven't received any other reports of this behavior, so it may be specific to your situation.
