We recently upgrade our WMX repository to 10.3.1 and imported our configuration file.  As documented, when merging configuration file with existing configuration, objects can have the same name but because of their GUID, they are new objects.  In this scenario, Workflow Manager will append "_1" to the name.

My question is...if these are the same objects ("Edit Data" and "Edit Data_1"), can I just delete "Edit Data_1", for example, so there are no duplicated privileges or other objects in the database?

Thanks

Yes, you can delete the ones marked _1. The guid of the records is what doesn't match and it's seen as a new record or item. We changed these that is why it creates duplicates during configuration merge.

Hope this helps...
